Charities

The Victoria Highlanders are committed to becoming active community leaders.  It is in our opinion that a strong club must have a strong community.  In our short history, the club has assisted schools, and non-profit organizations, as well as cultural associations.

Requests for donations from the team must follow the below guidelines.

• All requests must be typed on official organization letterhead.
• All submissions must be submitted (4) weeks prior to charitable event.
• Date of event and deadline for donation if different.
• All requests must include the following information:
  • Organization's non profit ID number
  • Who/what is benefiting from the event
  • Contact name, mailing address and phone number
    
• Mail requests to:
  • Victoria Highlanders; 400-1913 Sooke Rd.; Victoria, BC  V9B1V9 or call to (250) 590-8432.

 

Should we be able to make a donation, someone from the Highlanders will contact your group.  Due to the large number of requests, late or incomplete requests will not be considered.  Also, please note that the Highlanders will only be able to assist an organization once in the fiscal year and the team does not consider cash requests.
